I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions specifically for the Online PPT Presentation round:
- Participation Requirements:
- All participating teams must prepare a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) based on the provided template.
- The PPT must be submitted on the UnStop dashboard between Tuesday, February 11, 2025, and Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Content Authenticity:
- The content of the PPT must be original and created by the participants. Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Zoom Call Round Conduct:
- Teams must ensure a stable internet connection and proper audio-video setup for the Zoom Call Round.
- All team members must be present during the Zoom call unless prior permission is obtained.
- Professional behavior and appropriate attire are mandatory during the call.
- Teams are responsible for resolving any technical issues on their end. The organizing committee will not provide technical support.
- Evaluation Process:
- Submissions and presentations will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on innovation, feasibility, technical complexity, and presentation quality.
- The decision of the Evaluation Team is final and binding. Disputes or challenges to their decisions will not be entertained.
- Confidentiality:
- Participants must not disclose or share any details about the problem statements or their solutions outside the event.
- Any breach of confidentiality will result in disqualification.
- Communication Guidelines:
- All official communication, including queries and updates, will be shared via email or the UnStop platform.
- Team leaders are advised to regularly check their emails and the platform for updates.
- Acknowledgment:
- By participating in the PPT Round and Zoom Call Round of Quasar 3.0, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
